US Immigration by investment (Eb-5) free seminar
thursday, 23 may 2019 | 5:00 - 7:00pm
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was established by Congress in 1990 as a way to stimulate the U.S. economy through foreign investment. EB-5 is a popular way for foreigners and their immediate family to gain US lawful permanent residency in exchange for placing a minimum of $500,000 capital in an at-risk job-creating new commercial enterprise.
With the positive progress seen since the shutdown and re-opening of the federal government, optimism is high for the future of the EB-5 program. The EB-5 Regional Center Program has been extended until September 30th without any changes: I-526 Petitions can be filed again and new visa interviews can be scheduled. The even better news is that the amount of pending petitions awaiting adjudication at USCIS during the past year has dropped significantly. This could mean that potential investors looking to file now may have a shorter period to wait for their petition to be processed.
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is expecting a few changes in the future. One of the major changes expected is the increase in the minimum investment amount from $500,000 to $1,350,000.
Whether you’re chasing a job, starting a business, a different living situation, a better education for you or your children, or simply the American Dream, this is the right time for you to consider EB-5. There are no age, language, education, work experience, health, or skill requirements to participate in the EB-5 Program. The EB-5 Program gives investors and their families the opportunity to live, work, study, and travel anywhere in the United States.
Come and join our Free Seminar on US Immigration by Investment (EB-5) to find out how you too can gain US lawful permanent residence (Green Card) for you and your entire family.
